Delivery in Dubai
Your plants and pots are swiftly dispatched through our next-day delivery service, minimizing the time they spend in transit. Our trusted third-party courier handles the shipping. Before your order leaves, you’ll receive a notification via WhatsApp or email for seamless tracking.
While we strive to process orders promptly, please allow 2-10 days for delivery to your door. In the rare event that a plant is unavailable, we’ll notify you in advance to ensure transparency.
Other Emirates
Deliveries to all other Emirates typically take 3-15 days. You’ll receive advance notification if delivery is not feasible in your area. Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaima are every Saturday and Sunday.
Tracking Your Parcel
Our delivery partner will contact you on the delivery day. Utilize WhatsApp to provide specific instructions like “leave in a safe place” or “at my door.” For any changes in delivery preferences, contact us beforehand to avoid complications due to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have a 24-hour window to cancel orders, with refunds processed back to the initial payment method. Allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be finalized.
Returns & Damages
Given the delicate nature of plants, occasional damages may occur despite our efforts. Notify us within 24 hours via Info@olivergarden.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll promptly address the issue, offering a refund or replacement if the damaged item is out of stock.
Returns for pots are accepted within 24 hours of receipt if damaged or incorrect. Email Info@olivergarden.com with your order number, and upon receiving the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuer. Retain the proof of delivery receipt.
